Fetlework Yohannes Norvell v. HHS - Tdap, Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) (2022)

Fetlework Yohannes Norvell filed a petition alleging she suffered a Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) from a Tdap vaccination received on March 13, 2018. The petition was filed on August 11, 2020.
