Amber Ann Garren filed a petition for vaccine compensation on May 8, 2020, alleging she suffered a left shoulder injury, including Brachial Plexopathy and SIRVA, after receiving an influenza vaccine on October 15, 2018. Respondent denied that the vaccine caused her alleged injuries or that she sustained a SIRVA Table injury, and also denied that the injury onset occurred within the Table's timeframe.
