Patti Osborn v. HHS - Influenza, polymyalgia rheumatica (2021)

Patti Osborn filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on May 5, 2020, alleging that she suffered polymyalgia rheumatica as a result of an influenza vaccine administered on October 18, 2017.
