DECISION BASED ON STIPULATION1 On December 20, 2019, Eric Robertson (“petitioner”) filed a petition in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.2 Petitioner alleged that as a result of an influenza (“flu”) vaccine on September 18, 2017, he developed transverse myelitis (“TM”).
