Dilip Thekkoodan v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2021)

Dilip Thekkoodan filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on September 11, 2019, alleging he suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) from an influenza vaccine given on October 16, 2018. Thekkoodan a lump sum payment of $50,000.00 for pain and suffering. Mr.

Thekkoodan is a competent adult, and no guardianship was required.
