Giovanni Policicchio v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) (2021)

Giovanni Policicchio filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on July 18, 2019, alleging that he suffered Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) as a result of an influenza vaccine administered on October 3, 2016. The petitioner is a competent adult.
