Stephen Stolec v. HHS - Influenza, right shoulder injury related to vaccine administration and polymyalgia rheumatica (2022)

Stephen Stolec filed a petition alleging that the pneumococcal conjugate and influenza vaccinations he received on October 20, 2017, caused him to suffer a right shoulder injury related to vaccine administration and polymyalgia rheumatica. He filed his initial petition on February 1, 2019, and an amended petition on January 20, 2020.

On June 28, 2022, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, agreeing that the action should be dismissed with prejudice. In accordance with Vaccine Rule 21(a)(1), the case was dismissed with prejudice, and the Clerk was directed to remove it from the docket.
