Andrew Warner v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (“GBS”) and/or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (“CIDP”) (2024)

Andrew Warner, husband of petitioner April Warner, allegedly suffered Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) and/or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) after receiving an influenza vaccination on or about October 5, 2015. April Warner filed a petition for compensation individually and as the administratrix of Andrew Warner's estate on December 20, 2018.

The parties later filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal on January 31, 2024. Accordingly, the case was dismissed without prejudice on April 8, 2024, and no judgment was entered.
