Brandon Richardson v. HHS - Influenza, aggravation of his Bell’s Palsy (2021)

Brandon Richardson filed a claim alleging that an influenza vaccination on November 11, 2015, caused or aggravated his Bell's Palsy. The petition was filed on November 13, 2018.

The petitioner stated that an investigation demonstrated he would be unable to prove entitlement to compensation. The Special Master granted the motion, finding that the petitioner's medical records did not support his allegations by a preponderance of the evidence and that he did not file an expert medical opinion.

The petition was dismissed, and judgment was entered against the petitioner.
