Susan Kay Hine v. HHS - Influenza, anaphylaxis and Guillain-Barre Syndrome (2021)

Susan Kay Hine filed a petition on August 30, 2018, alleging that she suffered anaphylaxis and Guillain-Barre Syndrome as a result of her influenza vaccination on September 21, 2015. The case was initially assigned to Chief Special Master Dorsey and later reassigned to Special Master Horner.

On January 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal. Pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a), the case was dismissed without prejudice, and no judgment was to be entered.

The decision was issued by Special Master Daniel T. Horner on February 16, 2021.
