Dorothy Garone v. HHS - Pneumococcal, right rotator cuff syndrome/bursitis (2019)

Dorothy Garone filed a petition for vaccine injury compensation alleging that she received a Prevnar-13 vaccination on October 30, 2017, and subsequently suffered right rotator cuff syndrome/bursitis. The Chief Special Master issued a decision awarding damages on October 22, 2019, granting petitioner a lump sum payment of $73,625.00.
