DECISION BASED ON STIPULATION1 On April 25, 2018, Wilma Perry (“petitioner”) filed a petition in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.2 Petitioner alleged that as a result of an influenza (“flu”) vaccine administered to her on October 7, 2015, petitioner suffered from Guillain-Barré Syndrome (“GBS”) and transverse myelitis (“TM”).
