Constance Crabtree v. HHS - Influenza, Chiari malformation (2020)

Constance Crabtree filed a petition alleging she developed a Chiari malformation as a result of the Fluvarin vaccination she received on January 9, 2015. The petition was filed on December 1, 2017.

After the parties exchanged expert reports, the Special Master found the respondent's expert report to be highly persuasive and indicated that the petitioner likely did not have the injury she alleged. The Special Master informed the petitioner of these views.
