DECISION ON STIPULATION1 On November 17, 2017, Rachelle Mudrack (“petitioner”) filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.2 Petition (ECF No.1). Petitioner received a tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (“Tdap”) vaccination on December 15, 2014. Id. at Preamble; Stipulation filed March 19, 2019 (ECF No. 31) at ¶ 2. Petitioner alleged that as a result of receiving that vaccination, he sustained an injury diagnosed as transverse myelitis. Petition at ¶ 4; Stipulation at ¶ 4. On March 19, 2019, respondent filed a stipulation providing that a decision should be entered awarding compensation to petitioner. Stipulation. Respondent denies that petitioner’s alleged transverse myelitis and/or any other injury was caused by a Tdap vaccination.
