James Baker v. HHS - Influenza, prurigo nodularis (2017)

Linda Baker, as guardian for James Baker, filed a petition on November 28, 2017, alleging that James Baker developed prurigo nodularis as a result of an influenza vaccination received on October 16, 2014. The respondent is the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

On November 22, 2017, the petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal. The case was dismissed without prejudice, and no judgment was to be entered.
