Jack Damron v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) (2018)

Jackie Dwayne Damron, as Administrator of the Estate of Jack Damron, Deceased, filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
