Reynaldo Belmonte, Jr. v. HHS - Pneumococcal, other (2018)

Reynaldo Belmonte, Jr. filed a petition alleging that the Pneumovax 23 vaccine he received on May 12, 2016, caused his injury. However, the court determined that the Pneumovax 23 vaccine is not covered by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
