Kendra Calvert v. HHS - DTaP, seizures (2017)

Kendra Calvert, as next friend of her minor daughter S.C., filed a petition alleging that the Dtap vaccine administered on June 25, 2014, caused S.C. to have seizures. The petition was filed on October 6, 2017.

On the same day, the petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal under Vaccine Rule 21(a)(1)(A). The Special Master issued an Order Concluding Proceedings, dismissing the petition.

No award was made, and the case was removed from the docket.
