Bonnie Gambardella v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2018)

Bonnie Gambardella filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, alleging that she suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) after receiving an influenza vaccine on October 13, 2015. The Chief Special Master issued a decision awarding damages on September 6, 2018, granting the lump sum payment of $250,726.50 to Bonnie Gambardella, who was determined to be a competent adult.
