Nancy Hass v. HHS - Influenza, left shoulder injury (2018)

The Chief Special Master reviewed the billing records and found the request to be reasonable. Accordingly, the motion was granted, and a total award of $19,500.60 was made as a lump sum, jointly payable to Ms.

Hass and her counsel.
