Jamin Kurtis Rader v. HHS - Influenza, transverse myelitis leading to paraplegia (2018)

Jamin Kurtis Rader filed a petition alleging that he suffered from transverse myelitis leading to paraplegia as a result of receiving a flu vaccine on November 7, 2014. The parties filed a joint stipulation on February 9, 2018, agreeing to a settlement and requesting that compensation be awarded.
