Clara Allevato v. HHS - Pneumococcal, right shoulder injury (2018)

Clara Allevato filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 31, 2016, alleging that she received a Prevnar pneumococcal conjugate vaccine on November 23, 2015. She claimed that she subsequently suffered a right shoulder injury that was caused-in-fact by the vaccine.

The court awarded Clara Allevato a lump sum payment of $57,500.00 for her shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA).
