Susan Cobbina v. HHS - Influenza, right shoulder injury, including right shoulder cuff bursitis (2017)

Susan Cobbina filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program alleging that she suffered a right shoulder injury, including bursitis, as a result of an influenza vaccine she received on December 5, 2015. The case was assigned to the Special Processing Unit.
