Connor Toes v. HHS - HPV, hypothyroidism, autonomic neuropathy, and chronic fatigue (2017)

Connor Toes filed a petition for compensation on November 13, 2017, alleging that the administration of Gardasil, varicella, and Menactra vaccines in July 2013 caused him to develop hypothyroidism, autonomic neuropathy, and chronic fatigue.
