Scott Pudalov v. HHS - Influenza, fourth nerve palsy (2022)

Scott Pudalov filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on April 29, 2016. He alleged that the influenza vaccine he received on October 25, 2014, caused or significantly aggravated his fourth nerve palsy.
