Maria Del Pilar Varela-Avila v. HHS - MMR, myelitis and related complications (2017)

Maria Del Pilar Varela-Avila filed a petition on September 29, 2017, alleging that she suffered myelitis and related complications as a result of receiving tetanus-diphtheria (TD), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), or influenza (flu) vaccines. The respondent denied that the Petitioner's myelitis was caused by the vaccines.
