DECISION ON JOINT STIPULATION1 Roth, Special Master: On March 24, 2016, Debra Bajer [“Ms. Baker” or “petitioner”] filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.2 Petitioner alleges that she developed Bell’s palsy and Guillain-Barre Syndrome after receiving a tetanus-diptheria- acellular pertussis (“Tdap”) vaccination on or about July 14, 2015.
