Candace L. Holmes v. HHS - Influenza, pseudotumor cerebri (2017)

Candace L. Holmes filed a petition alleging that a trivalent influenza vaccine administered on January 14, 2015, caused her to develop pseudotumor cerebri.

The petition was filed on December 29, 2016. On December 23, 2016, Petitioner and Respondent submitted a joint Stipulation of Dismissal.
