Leroy Albert Weinreich v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain Barré Syndrome (2016)

Leroy Albert Weinreich filed a petition on December 2, 2015, alleging that the trivalent influenza vaccine he received on December 11, 2012, caused him to develop Guillain Barré Syndrome. After filing his statement of completion and respondent's report, the petitioner was instructed to file an expert report.

Despite extensions, the petitioner failed to file the report by the September 23, 2016 deadline. Following an order to show cause, a joint stipulation of dismissal without prejudice was filed.

Pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a), the case was ordered concluded without judgment.
