Judith Semanisin v. HHS - Influenza, small fiber neuropathy (2017)

Judith Semanisin filed a petition on March 1, 2017, alleging that she suffered a small fiber neuropathy as a result of receiving an influenza vaccine on October 10, 2014. The parties filed a joint stipulation on damages on February 28, 2017.
