DECISION ON JOINT STIPULATION1 Dorsey, Chief Special Master: On October 13, 2015, petitioner filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §300aa-10, et seq.,2 (the “Vaccine Act”). Petitioner alleges that she suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (“SIRVA”) which was caused-in-fact by her November 3, 2014 Tetanus- diphtheria-acellular pertussis (“Tdap”) vaccination. Stipulation, filed May 23, 2016, at ¶¶ 2, 4; see also Petition at 1. Petitioner further alleges that she suffered the residual effects of this injury for more than six months, and that she has received no prior settlement or award as compensation for this injury. Petition at ¶¶ 20, 22; Stipulation at ¶¶ 4-5. “Respondent denies that the Tdap vaccine caused petitioner to suffer SIRVA, or any other injury.” Stipulation at ¶ 6.
