Eubert Victorino v. HHS - Influenza, dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (2017)

Eubert Victorino filed a petition for compensation on January 9, 2017, alleging that he developed dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans as a result of receiving an influenza vaccination on September 27, 2012. The parties later entered into a stipulation for compensation.

On January 9, 2017, the Special Master issued a decision on attorneys' fees and costs, awarding Mr. Victorino $15,348.20 in attorneys' fees and $1,068.24 in costs, for a total of $16,416.44.

This amount was to be paid as a lump sum jointly to the petitioner and his counsel.
