The Estate Of Juanita White v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (2016)

Jocelyn Ford, as the personal representative of the estate of Juanita A. White, filed a petition alleging that an influenza vaccine administered on October 8, 2013, caused Ms.

White to develop Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). The petition was filed on November 23, 2015.

On April 11, 2016, the petitioner filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The court issued an Order Concluding Proceedings on April 12, 2016.

Subsequently, on October 5, 2016, the petitioner filed an application for attorneys' fees and costs totaling $19,337. Respondent did not object to this request.
