Patricia Vance v. HHS - Influenza, rheumatoid arthritis and polyarthritis (2022)

Patricia Vance filed a petition on June 29, 2015, alleging that she suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and polyarthritis caused by or significantly aggravated by an influenza vaccination she received on October 29, 2015. After a status conference on March 11, 2022, where the Special Master indicated there was no viable path forward for the petitioner, Ms. Vance expressed a desire to withdraw her case.
