S.Y. v. HHS - Tdap, epilepsy (2014)

S.Y., a minor, by her mother and natural guardian Michelle Brittain, filed a petition on October 3, 2014, alleging that S.Y. suffered epilepsy as a result of Tdap, Meningitis, Varicella, and Gardasil vaccinations received on August 2, 2011. The respondent is the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

On October 3, 2014, the petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to Vaccine Rule 21(a). Accordingly, the case was dismissed.

Proceedings are concluded.
