Berenice Dorris v. HHS - Tdap, Type 1 diabetes (2017)

Berenice Dorris filed a petition alleging that the tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine administered on March 1, 2012, caused her to develop Type 1 diabetes. The petition was filed on April 21, 2014.

On May 8, 2017, Berenice Dorris filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, agreeing to voluntarily dismiss her petition. As a result, the case was dismissed by order of the Special Master on May 9, 2017, and removed from the court's docket.
