Patricia Cave v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) (2014)

Patricia Cave filed a petition on April 1, 2012, alleging that she developed Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) after receiving an influenza vaccine on or about November 2, 2010. The parties later filed a stipulation of fact concerning attorneys' fees and costs.

On November 19, 2013, a decision was entered awarding compensation to Ms. Cave based on a stipulation.

On June 25, 2014, the parties stipulated to an award of attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $9,307.33. The court granted the request for approval and payment of these fees and costs.
