Carol Jones v. HHS - Td/Tetanus, Guillain-Barre` Syndrome (GBS) (2014)

Carol Jones filed a petition alleging that a tetanus-diphtheria (TD) vaccination on March 16, 2009, caused a neurologic demyelinating injury, later amended to specifically allege Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS). After a status conference, Special Master Gowen found the petitioner's counsel entitled to the full amount requested. The decision awarded $62,428.64 in attorneys' fees and costs, jointly payable to Carol Jones and her counsel, Ronald C.
