Hamby et al. v. HHS - other (2018)

This case, filed in 2010, involved a stipulation to settle the claim, leading to a Decision on Damages and Attorneys’ Fees and Costs issued on September 30, 2011, with judgment entered on November 9, 2011. Petitioners elected to accept the judgment on November 10, 2011.

Subsequently, on January 27, 2012, petitioners filed a Motion to Amend Judgment, which was denied on February 3, 2012. No motion for reconsideration was filed.
