Jeffrey Albert Demchuk v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) and/or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) (2014)

Jeffrey Albert Demchuk filed a petition on February 24, 2014, alleging that he developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) and/or Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) as a result of a trivalent influenza vaccine he received on or about September 26, 2009. The parties reached a stipulation for an award of compensation, and a decision to that effect was entered on December 13, 2013.

On February 24, 2014, the Special Master issued a decision on attorneys' fees and costs, approving a stipulation for $34,300.00, jointly payable to Mr. Demchuk and his attorney.

Judgment was to be entered accordingly.
